简历介绍
王方军,中国科学院大连化学物理研究所研究员,先进光源-生物质谱和生物标记研究团队负责人,张大煜优秀学者。2005年于浙江大学获得学士学位,2011年于中科院大连化物所获得博士学位,师从邹汉法研究员;获中科院优秀博士学位论文(2012年),UCAS-Springer优秀博士学位论文(2013年);入选中科院青年创新促进会(2014年),大连市领军人才(2019年),张大煜青年学者(2018年),大连市领军人才(2019年),张大煜优秀学者(2024年),中科院从0到1原始创新项目“基于极紫外自由电子激光的生命物质基础分析”(ZDBS-LY-SLH032)负责人,国家重大科学研究计划课题“整体蛋白质多种修饰的分析方法研究”(2013CB911203)负责人。担任Frontiers in Genetics Topic Editor、Chinese Chemical Letter编委和《色谱》青年编委,担任中国化学会质谱分析专业委员会、色谱专业委员会委员,中国蛋白质组学专业委员会委员,第十二届全国化学生物学大会“大科学装置与化学生物学应用”分会主席等。
研究工作致力于生物大分子质谱新仪器、新方法及其在生命健康领域的应用研究,搭建了世界首台50-150 nm可调波长极紫外激光超快解离-串联质谱;提出了位点光解离碎片产率和原位化学标记效率定量表征蛋白质结构变化的两种质谱分析新原理,实现亚微克蛋白质复合物序列和相互作用单氨基酸位点分辨表征;发展了蛋白质-纳米材料界面相互作用精细结构的质谱分析新方法等。以通讯/第一作者在Nat. Protoc., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Cell Chem. Biol., Chem. Sci., Anal. Chem. 等期刊发表论文80余篇;论文他引6000余次。
